Van den Oever Events specialise in organising private parties, embassy events, corporate events and award ceremonies. Our multi lingual team speaks fluent English, Dutch, German, French and Italian. We will help you transform a space into a wonderland, with incredible food, delicious drinks and fabulous entertainment We love everything about our job and are honest and upfront when it comes to quoting for parties, as well as always doing our utmost to stick within your budget or finding alternate options when necessary.

Activities & Projects

For the largest temporary staffing company in the world we organised their rebranding event with more than 1500 guests. This company changed their strategy from classical temporary staffing to a digital staffing agent, this event was the launch of that transformation.

For the visit of the minister of foreign affairs at a embassy in The Hague, we organised a working lunch for 22 guests where a three courses lunch should be served in  75 minutes.

For the farewell party of the CEO of a large oil company, we organised a four course diner and reception in the Rijks museum in front of his favourite painting.
